MENTORING

Mentoring is a mutually beneficial process that offers the mentee an opportunity for professional development while the mentor sees this as a chance to develop a lasting personal as well as a professional relationship.

At eMERG, there is an eclectic mix of senior entrepreneurs, businesswomen, and professionals rubbing shoulders with business novices. The seniors do not hesitate to mentor the younger members, who find that they can approach them easily to discuss their professional difficulties. This gives the younger members a chance to develop new skills and knowledge.
